Even though I should be in bed, I wanted to make at least one post while I was here. The trip is going pretty good. My jet lag wasn't bad at all. In fact, I think this was the best adjustment ever. The key was a reminder Tish gave me - take some ear plugs. Those were a life-saver on the airplane. I haven't slept that good while coming over.
My presentation went very well this morning. Lots of kudos. It was also nice to catch with people I haven't seen in a few years. Of course, I can't wait to get back home.
Ok. Now for some quick pictures.

Great pics! Do they really have ALDI in Germany?! hehe.
You were just a couple of hours from my parents! They live in Altenriet (near Stuttgart).
Feel free to look up my maiden name, Hinnenkamp, in the phone book. I have a BIZZILLION relations there.
So, what is your job? It seems to involve a lot of travelling. You have some very multi- national people reading your blog...............afraid i'm just plain old English!
Hey cous! I'm so jealous you get to go to Germany! I've been studying the language on my own :-P In case you need some German:
Wie heisse Sie? = What is your name?
Ich heiss Bipin! = My name is Bipin!
Wie geht es? = How's it goin?
Es geht mir gut! = It's going very well!
and bitte means please
Have fun and take more pictures ^.^
it's always nice to have a time away because it lets you see things in new perspective and appreciate what you might otherwise take for granted.
Hey Bipin, nice to hear from you - no wonder it's been rather quiet on the cell phone early in the mornings ... you're out of town :)
well, hope you're not too home sick.
Apparently the wooden block toys are very cheap in Germanny.
Nice pics, I would love to see Germany, actully Europe one day. I used to have 3 german room mates, not that you care.
I hope your flight back is a nice easy, EMPTY one and don't forget the ear plugs!
