Indian Princess

This past week was a long one for me, and the coming one is going to be the same. I was in St. Paul, and I'm heading back there on Monday. I won't be back home till Thursday. In the meantime, here's what I missed...

When you have a pool, you have friends. :-)

Priya is now starting to like showers. A lot easier than giving baths.

My mom got these outfits when Priya was 8 months old. I never thought she'd ever grow up enough to wear them. My baby...

I had to add my own diet Coke and Mentos video to the thousands of them out there. It's fun when you do it yourself. I have some other ideas on how to make this even better, so stay tuned.

And now here's version 2 of the mentos-coke show. Ernie is pretty fascinated by the demonstration!

Beautiful dresses. That is the one downside of having a boy!
What a waste of coke though!!!!!!!

I have replied to your pity query on my blog. Good point though. We are in the midst of chicken pox......not pretty, but it has to be done!

Wow. She looks like such a big girl! Addy & I are so jealous of her thick hair and big curls!

The video was great. Johnny hadn't heard of it. We espcially like Tish's deep laugh in the slo-mo part :)

for those interested in replicating this stunt, take any carbonated drink (preferably one with lots of fizz), and add about 4-6 pieces of mentos. gotta be careful how you do it. the reaction takes place pretty fast. for version 2 of my experiment, go here.

She does looks like a little princess! I've always wanted to try that mentos, coke thing. Was it as fun as it looked?

okay so what was the difference between v1 and v2 in the experiment. I am planning on showing it to my brother and soon-to-be sis-in-law (both teachers).
